More boom work

Getting some work done on the boom. Got the sheave boxes assembled and shaped.. at least a couple of them, and got the top inside carbon strips blind-coved into place. Also coated the inside with a layer of 6 oz. fiberglass cloth for wear and weather resistance. Hope it will all work, as I really don't know anything about these things.
